The Elite Team is for experienced divers who have reached a competitive level of diving.

Elite can assist competitive divers by maintaining conditioning between high school and college seasons, or can be used for club diving purposes.

Elite Team practices are 1 hour 30 minutes in length, 2 to 3 times per week, and have no more than a 7:1 athlete to coach ratio. Depending upon pool availability, the Elite Team sessions will be 8 to 12 weeks in length.

Elite Teams will be formed as needed based upon the divers' age, experience and ability.

Elite Team members must be able to competitively perform a full list of dives within his/her age category.

Elite Team members must be registered with the United States Diving Association, which is included in your Elite Player Pass.

Elite Lessons are for athletes ages 6 and older. Elite Lessons are for athletes who are experienced or inexperienced in diving. No matter what your ability level we have a spot for you!

Elite Lesson practices are 40 minutes in length, one time per week, and have a 3:1 athlete to coach ratio. Depending upon pool availability, each session of Elite Lessons will be approximately 6 to 8 weeks in length. We conveniently offer four categories of Elite Lessons.

• FREE GROUP - Beginner (ages 6 and older, with little or no diving experience)
• TUCK GROUP - Intermediate (moderate diving experience with basic diving knowledge)
• PIKE GROUP - Advanced (strong knowledge of dives, capable of performing dives in all groups)
• STRAIGHT GROUP - Expert (competitive level of diving with high degree of difficulty in all groups)

Elite Lesson athletes must be able to swim a minimum of 12 yards prior to beginning lessons.

Elite Lesson athletes must be registered with the Amateur Athletic Union, which is included in your Elite Player Pass.

Elite Private Lessons offer the best in one-on-one coaching and are a perfect fit for anyone interested in maximizing their diving time. Private lessons are available for every ability level including athletes new to the sport of diving to seasoned professionals.

Elite Coaching Clinics are for anyone interested in learning to coach springboard diving or increase their knowledge about the sport of springboard diving. Coaching Clinics can be done one-on-one, with friends, and even with your team.
