Elite Diving - Coaches and Staff

Coach Becki Carter

Coach Becki is very excited to start coaching for Elite Diving Academy, LLC. Coach Becki started competitive diving at the age of 12 and qualified for the National Junior Olympics at age 14. At Marian High School she was a high school All-American diver, was Omaha Metro champion her sophomore, junior and senior year, and to this day still holds the Marian school record in diving. Coach Becki qualified for the Nebraska State Championship all four years in high school and was state champion her junior and senior year all while setting a new state diving record her senior year. Her first coaching job was in college as a student athlete for the University of Nebraska where she was recipient of a diving scholarship and under the tutelage of Olympic Diving Coach Jeff Huber. Coach Becki dove for the University of Nebraska all four years while pursuing a nursing degree. Coach Becki’s biggest accomplishment in college was finishing 3 rd place on the 3-meter springboard at the Big Eight Championships.

Coach Becki received her BSN from the University of Nebraska and works as an RN at Midwest Neurosurgery. She has been married to her husband, J.F., for 14 years and continues to love the sport of diving. Her 3 children also love the sport!

Coach Kelly Krzycki

Coach Kelly, owner and founder of Elite Diving Academy, LLC is very excited and enthusiastic about this new endeavor. Coach Kelly began her diving career at Columbus High School in Columbus, Nebraska. From there she received an athletic scholarship to dive at the University of Nebraska at Kearney, NCAA Division II where she received her BS in Political Science and Criminal Justice with a Pre-Law Emphasis.

While in Kearney she coached the Kearney High School Diving Team and founded the Tri-City Twisters Diving Club. New to the Omaha area, Coach Kelly now serves as diving coach to the 2007 Men’s and Women’s State Championship Swimming and Diving Teams, Marian High School and Creighton Preparatory School, along with Brownell-Talbot.

Coach Kelly has continued to be named among the top diving coaches in Nebraska for high school athletics. She has proudly been named to the state judging panel for the NSAA State Diving Competition for the past 5 years. Coach Kelly has coached 3 divers to All-American Consideration, had 20 State Qualifiers, coached 4 Conference Champions in two different conferences, broke over 20 school records in three different high schools, her divers have broke 3 meet records and currently hold 3 pool records across the state. Coach Kelly has also assisted in coaching 3 Swimming and Diving State Champion Teams.

Coach Kelly has continued to share her love for the sport of springboard diving by coaching at the high school level and now on the national level through Elite Diving Academy, LLC.

Coach Cecilee Panter

Coach Cecilee recently joined the coaching staff of Elite Diving Academy, LLC to assist in accommodating the growth of the academy. Coach Cecilee has a love for children and is passionate and knowledgeable about springboard diving.

Coach Cecilee began her diving career nearly ten years ago in Kearney, Nebraska under the instruction of Coach Kelly. In that time Coach Cecilee has been a state qualifier while diving for Kearney High School, served as multi-year team captain and coached diving the last two years at Harmon Pool through Kearney Park and Recreation.

Coach Cecilee recently moved to Omaha, Nebraska to pursue her degree in education from the University of Nebraska of Omaha.
